I offically am going t give up on running.
1. I can barely run, not even run jog also cannot, for two rounds around the school.
2. I can't even sprint 50m.
I can't do any of the above with my legs barely having strength and my thighs hurting like shit when I'm jogging only only the first round.
I give up.
My running went from a scale of 1 to 10, at least a 6.5 to 7, right down to a 0.
Perfect, all the previous months of training down the drain just like that.
Perfect, I give up.
I don't know what the hell is wrong with me.
